Business Manager
Our Business Manager module handles scheduling, phone line management and application management. This module also generates the reports you need to analyze the effectiveness of our other modules. Voice Mail

This module creates a dynamic buy-sell or information exchange line. You define the structure and the members of the service add their messages or classified advertisements. Menus and Touch-Tone directories assists all callers in finding the products or information they need. Use this module for:
Computer Appointment Verification
This module allows you to schedule reminder calls for appointments and regular services, for an unlimited number of customers with an unlimited number calls for each customer. Schedule reminders days, weeks or months in advance. Includes call tracking and billing. Use this module to call your own customers or to provide a service to others for:
Computerized Monitoring Service
This module is designed to call shut-ins and ask them "Are you OK?" If the shut-in cannot or does not respond appropriately, up to three emergency calls are made to report the failure to respond. You can call each client up to 6 times per day, seven days a week. It can also be used for "wake-up" calls and medical procedure reminders. Includes call tracking and billing.
Community Bulletin Board
Community Bulletin delivers information to your community, which may be a city, town or special interest group. Its uses are limited only by your imagination and it has the additional feature of providing third party sponsorship of messages or information. It also supports a "Time and Temperature" module.
DID Support
A DID (Direct Inward Dialing) phone card supporting four DID trunks is also available. Use it for Voice Mail and provide every customer with a private phone number or run multiple "Hotline" services on the same phone lines and computer equipment.
